Over the past ten plus years I have contributed to and individually developed many eLearning modules for large corporates and SMEs. As part of a team of in-house and freelance developers I contributed to substantial internal projects for Castrol and InterContinental Hotels Group. These courses were developed in Adobe Flash which allowed for high levels of customisation and interactivity.

However, since the end of Flash eLearning development has moved to HTML5 based platforms. I now have 6 years of experience using Articulate Storyline and 3 years developing in Lectora. While lacking the power of Flash these environments allow Javascript functionality within their development platform, which can be exploited to enhance the basic native scripting allowing for custom interactions.

This has enabled me to build employee development modules for ToyotaJaguar Land Rover, Balfour Beatty, QinetiQ and Lexus which have included custom granular reporting beyond the basic ‘pass/fail’ and more complex interactions than offered by most Learning Management Systems. I have created work from supplied knowledge check architecture within tight style guidelines and have also developed original elearning packages myself.
